Facebook’s iPhone version 3.1.3 has been released and is available for download at the App Store. The update brings new features including ability to play video on the phone.
The Facebook’s new version comes with many new features like ability to view and write over the wall of events, now you can also add width to the pictures you upload of 720px.

But still the Facebook app cannot be considered perfect because of the bugs it has, anyhow bugs are a part of the App game but still a bug in the UI was found – The numbers which display the count of friend request and new messages have a dark upper area that clashes badly with the light background of the main screen. Other missing feature is the lack of multitasking feature which was’nt added by Facebook in the new update, although there are plenty of apps which are already iOS 4 ready and support, this is really disappointing for iPhone users, Facebook could have done better.
It’s about 3 months the iPad is in the market but there is no such app for the iPad users , also the Android app is a lackluster .There are more than 55 million active iPhone Facebook app users , definitely they need more commitment to this platform .
