Apple iPhone 4 is yet to reach in South Korean market but it is already a big hit there.
KT, the authorized mobile service provider in South Korea to sell this device, have already received pre-orders for more than 100,000 units.
You can imagine the demand of the iPhone in the country from an information that during the pre-ordering process the company’s servers were overwhelmed with traffic.
Apple iPhone 3GS has already been a great success in a market which is actually the home ground of two of the biggest mobile phone makers in the world; e.i Samsung and LG. This is definitely an encouraging news for the iPhone application developers.
If this marks a upcoming Apple storm in South Korea, Samsung is not going to leave the battle ground easily. They have announced a sale of more than 800,000 units of their Galaxy S which runs on Android platform in Korea since launch.
